- Our shop was purchased from Frank & Judi Sama in June, 2004. They were the guardians of "Picture That!" for over 18 years. The shop was moved from the center of Woodstown to Pennsville - what a job THAT was! Frank & Judi worked by our side for over a year in order to fully train us in the basics of picture framing. We learned how to create the design, choose the proper mat colors, cut the matting, properly mount the artwork, assemble the frame and completly assembly the piece.
